“It’s ok to die, but not of thirst.”

Our motto is fully represented in the Wine List of our bottlery which is masterfully curated by our vintner and sommelier Mino Valletta and contains more than 300 wines from our wonderful peninsula. Barbara, Adriano and Paul, our other three qualified sommeliers, will be more than delighted to assist you in the choice of the right wine. For those of you a little less thirsty, many of our wines are also available on rotation by the glass.

On the other hand, if you are lovers of malts and hops you can find a selection of six craft and traditional beers on tap as well as a selection of bottled beers from some of the best italian microbreweries.

A fine selection of spirits and liquors from Italy and beyond completes our offer.
